Ratepayer Report!
In late 2010 Councillor Graham Scobie created a new service for ratepayers and residents of the Eurobodalla Shire with a weekly Ratepayer Report that is available by free email subscription. The Report includes the Agenda for the following Council meetings:
- Policy and Strategy Committee on the first Tuesday of each month
- Finances and Services Committee on the second Tuesday of each month
- Ordinary Council meeting on the fourth Tuesday of each month
Committee meetings commence with Non-Agenda Public Forum at 9.15am and the meeting proper at 9.30am. Residents or ratepayers wishing to speak at Public Forum need to register on 44741000 prior to noon on the Monday before each meeting.

The Ratepayer Report also lists all Council Workshops that are open for public attendance and participation. These generally take place following Council meetings but can also happen at other times depending on availability of staff and other specialist advice. Workshops have been held on a variety of subjects such as Community Gardens, Council's Compliance Policy and the Community Strategic Plan for 2030.
